You will be greeted & hosted by one of our knowledgeable drivers/tour leaders, who will take you to your pre-agreed-upon destination in a great vehicle. Any transfer of ours is an opportunity for you to meet us and take advantage of your ride to learn not only about Athens but also about Greece as a whole.

Things to remember & expect from our transfer service:

We offer transfers mostly to clients who have already booked a tour with us. We try to make sure you have a good start!

No smoking, texting, reckless driving, music, or lack of English.

No hidden, extra charges, or excuses!

With the limited number of transfers we do, the vehicles are spotless because they are not used as “taxis/ubers/etc” and are thoroughly cleaned just like for our private tours.

Depending on the transfer, it can become a sightseeing transfer that uses the route’s highlights to make the ride enjoyable!

If it is a transfer from the airport to your Athens hotel, we can optionally add our popular “quick Athens overview tour” to get your bearings.

Our vehicles are all 2022-2025 models, but they all look and feel like 2025-2026 models. Large trunk four-door saloons for 2-3 people or very large minivans with outstanding legroom and luggage capabilities for up to 8 people (plus driver).

We don’t allow any food or beverages in our vehicles, so please avoid our services if you prefer to snack or enjoy a coffee while traveling.

Water is allowed and is always available. We make stops (depending on the ride) to stretch our legs or if you must snack for medical reasons.

If you are arriving, you will have peace of mind that one of us will be waiting to welcome you and drive you to your destination without anxiety. You will know the exact details of how to meet our driver, his name, photo, and WhatsApp number. He will be tracking your flight for possible delays or early arrival. In the car, you will find bottled water. Take advantage of your ride and private driver/guide to gain extensive insider information about your time in Athens and Greece.

Get Your Bearings!

We pick you up from the airport and drive to the center of Athens. The ride takes approximately one hour.

There is plenty of time for you to have a very useful Q&A session with your experienced driver, who also serves as a tour leader.

We take the scenic coastal route along the Athens Riviera instead of the highway (which takes the same time but is longer & boring).

A small prearranged fee will provide you with a quick overview of Athens’ central area. It’s approximately 15-20 minutes to help you feel comfortable with your stay.

Drop off at your hotel or the nearest possible location if you are located in a pedestrian area.

TO HYDRA ISLAND FROM THE MAINLAND INSTEAD OF CATCHING THE BOAT

It’s a tour and a transfer!

This is an exciting transfer—a “tour” — for those heading to spend time on Hydra Island. Instead of taking the ferry from the port of Athens (Piraeus), you can “transfer” yourselves by taking a road trip/day tour. We visit some fantastic locations, then take a short & fun boat ride to Hydra Island.

The drive will start from your Athens hotel with a first stop at the remarkable Corinth Canal. Then, you continue to the famous (UNESCO) sites of Mycenae, Nafplio Old Town & port, and the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus. The tour includes lunch and drinks at the beautiful Old Town of Nafplio.
