Rooted in a century-old family tradition yet guided by innovative winemaking techniques, the winery’s philosophy is to craft wines that resonate with today’s consumers while expressing the true potential of Greek vineyards and their indigenous varieties, foremost among them the noble red Xinomavro.

All activities are grounded in the principles of integrated farming—a conscious commitment to environmental stewardship and the preservation of nature, an essential pillar of civilization under increasing threat. Careful vineyard management, rigorous selection both in the vineyard and the cellar, microvinification, and meticulous blending lie at the heart of our approach, ensuring aging potential and consistent quality from one vintage to the next.

Practices

Winemaking begins in the vineyard. Each parcel is harvested separately—two or even three times, depending on grape maturity—before the fruit is transferred to the winery for a second stage of selection on a double sorting table.

By harvesting and vinifying each vineyard block individually, we seek to reveal the distinct identity of the grapes from every part of the Estate and to craft wines that faithfully express the nuances of the terroir. The resulting wines are then matured in carefully selected oak barrels of varying origin, capacity, toast level, and grain, chosen specifically to enhance the unique character of each individual block.
