Dear Julia, Kathy & friends!

Following our email communication, here is a custom link to make the 50% booking payment for your 6-day/5-night Peloponnese tour, a customized version of the 5-Day Peloponnese tour.

The agreed total price is 8,900 EUR.

Thus, the 50% booking payment is 4,450 EUR. As agreed, the amount for this payment link is set to 1/5 (890 EUR) of the total booking payment (4,450 EUR), so each of the five participants can make a separate payment.

The tour starts from your Athens center hotel on Sunday, September 27th, 2026, and ends in Piraeus port on Friday, October 2nd, 2026.

These are the primary inclusions & exclusions to remember.

☼ Private tour for five people.

☼ Pickup from your Athens center hotel is included.

☼ Drop-off at Piraeus is an additional fee of 35 EUR, as our tours typically start and end in the center of Athens. Payable to your driver/tour leader on the day.

☼ Lunch/drinks are included on all five days.

☼ Your dinners and personal expenses are not included.

☼ Accommodation/breakfast is included for all 5 nights of your six-day tour. It is based on a room with a double bed (two people), 1 twin room (two people), and 1 double bed for the 5th person. This arrangement is to be confirmed once payment is made, after which we will proceed to book and finalize the two hotels.

☼ Normal/approximate operating hours for each day are 8-8:30 a.m. (breakfast) to 5-5:30 p.m. (return/arrival at the hotel; times may vary depending on each day’s itinerary).

☼ Tickets to any sites you visit (e.g., Mystras), wine tastings, hiking, or other activities are not included.

Booking Payment

To make the 50% booking payment of EUR 5 X 890:

> You need to select the tour start date (September 27, 2026), as it is the only option available.

> Click BOOK NOW and proceed to enter your details.

> Click/tick “I read and agree to the terms & conditions” and proceed to enter the card details and complete the payment.

> Finally, tick the box “I read and agree to the terms & conditions” and “COMPLETE MY ORDER”.

The remaining amount must be paid 60 days before the scheduled tour date (July 27, 2026).

Flexible/Approximate Itinerary with options (to be finalized) 

• Day1: Athens to Dimitsana with a possible stop for wine tasting.
• Day2: Dimitsana monasteries and villages.
• Day3: Lousios Gorge, Dimitsana village, hiking (mushrooms) with local guide, etc.
• Day4: Drive to Mystras/Sparta to visit the Mystras Byzantine Castletown and continue to Monemvasia.
• Day5: Possible half-day visit/tour to see Gerakas and Kyparissi. Back to explore more of Monemvasia.
• Day6: Drive back to Athens and Piraeus port by 2 pm.

Cancellation policy:

☼ Cancellations made greater than 90 days before the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded minus expenses and/or service fees, as mentioned below.

☼ Cancellations made between 90 to 60 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 80% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or services fees.

☼ Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or services fees.

☼ Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.

Additionally to the above but after the 90-day full refund period, all of Eudaimonia’s expenses agreed upon through the email exchange of communication concerning any multi-day tour, such as site tickets, train tickets, hotels booked for the client, and other bookings (like wine tasting, restaurants, etc), will be deducted from any amount to be refunded after the initial 90-day full refund period. This will be an amount of 25%-30% of the total tour cost.

Finally, a service fee of 15% of the total amount agreed will also be deducted from any refundable amount, including the 90-day full refund case. This corresponds to the time spent on the client’s booking.

By making this payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions listed on our website. These terms & conditions include the cancellation policy. However, it is the client-specific agreement/cancellation policy that will supersede the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Payment Fees. Payments made by PayPal, either through Eudaimonia’s website or directly, are subject to an additional cost of approximately 6%. Payments made by American Express are subject to an additional cost of roughly 4%, which the client must include in the payment or pay in cash during the tour. These are the approximate fees that PayPal and AMEX charge on all transactions. There is no extra charge if you pay by any other “normal” credit card [VISA/MasterCard] with no more than 2.9% commission/fees, but excluding cards that incur higher processing fees on our end, like “cash-back”, “business”, “bonus”, etc.
