Balvant & Sonia Rajani: Balance Payment: 7+1 Days Tour – Sept 14, 2026

Dear Balvant.

Following our email, here is a customized payment link for the remaining balance of your Best of Greece (7+1)-Days Tour.

The agreed price is 7,130 EUR (6,380+750), including the extra day. You have already paid 3,190 EUR. Thus, the remaining payment is 3,940 EUR.

The tour starts from the Athens airport on Monday, September 14th, 2026, and ends in Athens on Monday, September 21st, 2026.

These are the primary inclusions & exclusions to remember.

☼ Private tour for two people.

☼ Pick-up from the airport is included. Similarly, drop off at an Athens center hotel (INN ATHENS).

☼ Lunch/drinks are included on all seven days, but not on the pickup day (Sept 14th).

☼ Your dinners and personal expenses are not included.

☼ Accommodation/breakfast is included for all 7 nights of your 8-day tour.

☼ Normal/approximate operating hours for each day would be 8-8:30 a.m. (breakfast) to 5-5:30 p.m. (return/arrival at the hotel; times are adjustable depending on each hotel’s breakfast start time and the day’s itinerary).

☼ The train currently does not run for safety reasons (landslides). If this is still the case in September, it will be replaced by taking the ride with your driver/tour leader over the mountain instead of through the canyon.

☼ Tickets to any sites you visit, or any other activities, are not included. However, we will pre-book tickets for the Odontotos train ride (part of day 5) to secure seats. This is 9.50 EUR/person payable to your driver/tour leader on the day when he hands over the tickets.

☼ A professional (licensed) tour guide is not included for any archaeological sites. It can be arranged at extra cost.

Booking Payment

To make this balance payment of EUR 3,940:

You need to select the tour start date (September 14, 2026), as it is the only option available.

Options Discussed (not agreed upon or arranged) 

• Athens hotel to the port (cruise) on September 24th – maybe 4 people [approximate cost for 2 people 10-15 EUR]. [TBD].
• From the port (cruise) to the Athens airport on the 30th – maybe 4 people [approximate cost for 2 people: 70 EUR; 80-90 EUR for 4 people]. September 30th, Air Canada 899, departing at 12:05 pm. [TBD].

Cancellation policy:

☼ Cancellations made greater than 90 days before the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded minus expenses and/or service fees, as mentioned below.

☼ Cancellations made between 90 to 60 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 80% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or services fees.

☼ Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or services fees.

☼ Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.

Additionally to the above but after the 90-day full refund period, all of Eudaimonia’s expenses agreed upon through the email exchange of communication concerning any multi-day tour, such as site tickets, train tickets, hotels booked for the client, and other bookings (like wine tasting, restaurants, etc), will be deducted from any amount to be refunded after the initial 90-day full refund period. This will be an amount of 25%-30% of the total tour cost.

Finally, a service fee of 15% of the total amount agreed will also be deducted from any refundable amount, including the 90-day full refund case. This corresponds to the time spent on the client’s booking.

By making this payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions listed on our website. These terms & conditions include the cancellation policy. However, it is the client-specific agreement/cancellation policy that will supersede the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Payment Fees. Payments made by PayPal, either through Eudaimonia’s website or directly, are subject to an additional cost of approximately 6%. Payments made by American Express are subject to an additional cost of roughly 4%, which the client must include in the payment or pay in cash during the tour. These are the approximate fees that PayPal and AMEX charge on all transactions. There is no extra charge if you pay by any other “normal” credit card [VISA/MasterCard] with no more than 2.9% commission/fees, but excluding cards that incur higher processing fees on our end, like “cash-back”, “business”, “bonus”, etc.
