Following our email, here is a custom link to make the 50% booking payment for your Best of Greece: 7-Day Tour, including an additional day to visit Hydra Island.

Your 7-Day Best of Greece tour is 6,900 EUR. The additional day for visiting Hydra Island is an extra 900 EUR. Thus, your total tour cost will be 7,800 EUR.

The itinerary, inclusions & exclusions are as described in the link above, with the addition of an extra day/night so you visit Hydra Island.

The 50% booking payment is 3,900 EUR.

The tour starts from your Athens center hotel on Tue, April 21st, 2026, and ends in Athens on Wed, April 28th, 2026.

This is a quick overview of destinations:

Nafplio: 21st, Nafplio (to visit Hydra): 22nd, Monemvasia, 23rd, Mani/Mystras: 24th, Ancient Messene (not Olympia): 25th, Cave of Lakes/Odontotos/Delphi: 26th, Delphi/Meteora: 27th, Meteora/Athens: 28th.

These are the primary inclusions & exclusions to remember.

☼ Private tour for two people.

☼ Pick-up from your Athens center hotel in Athens is included. Similarly, drop off at an Athens center hotel.

☼ Lunch/drinks are included on all seven days (not on the day you visit Hydra Island).

☼ Your dinners and personal expenses are not included.

☼ Accommodation/breakfast is included for all seven nights of your eight-day tour.

☼ Normal/approximate operating hours for each day are 8-8:30 a.m. (breakfast) to 5-5:30 p.m. (return/arrival at the hotel; times may vary depending on each hotel’s start time for breakfast and the day’s itinerary).

☼ Tickets to any sites you visit, boat to Hydra (7-9 Eur/person/each way), or for any other activities are not included. However, we will only pre-book tickets for the Odontotos train ride (part of day6) to secure seats. This is 9.50 EUR/person, payable to your driver/tour leader on the day when he hands over the tickets.

☼ A professional (licensed) tour guide is not included for any archaeological sites. It can be arranged at extra cost.

Booking Payment

To make the 50% booking payment of EUR 3,900:

You need to select the tour start date (April 21st, 2026), which will be the only option available.

> Click BOOK NOW and proceed to enter your details.

> Click/tick “I read and agree to the terms & conditions” and proceed to enter the card details and complete the payment.

> Finally, tick the box “I read and agree to the terms & conditions” and “COMPLETE MY ORDER”.

The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the scheduled tour date (i.e., March 21st, 2026).

Options Discussed (not agreed upon or arranged) 

• Airport to Athens hotel transfer or the apposite are approximate cost 65 EUR [daytime rate].
• This is the Athens day tour on April 20th. We can discuss a possible half-day tour.

Cancellation policy:

☼ Cancellations made greater than 90 days before the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded minus expenses and/or service fees, as mentioned below.

☼ Cancellations made between 90 to 60 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 80% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or services fees.

☼ Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and/or service fees.

☼ Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.

Additionally to the above but after the 90-day full refund period, all of Eudaimonia’s expenses agreed upon through the email exchange of communication concerning any multi-day tour, such as site tickets, train tickets, hotels booked for the client, and other bookings (like wine tasting, restaurants, etc), will be deducted from any amount to be refunded after the initial 90-day full refund period. This will be an amount of 25%-30% of the total tour cost.

Finally, a service fee of 15% of the total amount agreed will also be deducted from any refundable amount, including the 90-day full refund case. This corresponds to the time spent on the client’s booking.

By making this payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions listed on our website. These terms & conditions include the cancellation policy. However, it is the client-specific agreement/cancellation policy that will supersede the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Payment Fees. Payments made by PayPal, either through Eudaimonia’s website or directly, are subject to an additional cost of approximately 6%. Payments made by American Express are subject to an additional cost of roughly 4%, which the client must include in the payment or pay in cash during the tour. These are the approximate fees that PayPal and AMEX charge on all transactions. There is no extra charge if you pay by any other “normal” credit card [VISA/MasterCard] with no more than 2.9% commission/fees, but excluding cards that incur higher processing fees on our end, like “cash-back”, “business”, “bonus”, etc.
