Pending payments:

– The extra person fee (Luke) on May 12 (Athens tour) – Cost: 80 EUR.

– The early morning airport transfer on May 13th for 3 of you – Cost: 80 EUR.

You can pay for the above (in cash only) during the tour or on the corresponding days.

Cancellation policy for day tours:

– Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded, minus service fees, as outlined below.

– Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 75% of the agreed total tour fee minus service fees.

– Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee minus service fees.

– Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.

EXPENSES: Additionally to the above but only after the 60-day whole refund period, all of Eudaimonia’s expenses agreed upon through the email exchange of communication concerning or are part of the day or half-day tours or transfers, such as site tickets, train/boat tickets, or any other bookings for the client (wine tasting, restaurants, etc) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

SERVICE FEE: Finally, a service fee of 9% (of the total amount agreed for the booked tour) will also be deducted from any refundable amount, including the 60-day full refund case. This corresponds to the time spent on the client’s booking. Additionally, expect that our refunded amount will be subject to processing/transaction fees charged by the online payments company [Stripe.com in our case], thus you will receive a slightly smaller amount than our actual refund. In case you book more than one day tour, the service fee applies for each tour separately.

REFUNDED AMOUNT: We received your payments, which are always subject to processing/transaction fees charged by the online payments company. These fees are acceptable and considered our expense if not greater than the typical 2,90%, which is the reason we always suggest you avoid American Express or PayPal. In a case of a refund, this “fees-reduced” amount will be considered as the basis to be partially or fully returned, and not the actual amount that you have paid. Furthermore, you must expect that our refund amount will be subject to processing/transaction fees charged by the online payments company, thus you will receive a smaller amount than our refund amount. When refunding, all processing fees are to be charged on your (the client’s) side.

Eudaimonia strongly recommends that the client purchase travel insurance.

Cancellation policy for multiday tours:

– Cancellations made more than 90 days before the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded, minus expenses and service fees as outlined below.

– Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 75% of the agreed total tour fee minus expenses and service fees.

– Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee minus costs and service fees.

– Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.

EXPENSES: Additionally to the above, but only after the 90-day whole refund period, all of Eudaimonia’s expenses agreed upon through the email exchange of communication concerning or are part of any multi-day tour, such as site tickets, train/boat tickets, hotels booked for the client, or any other bookings (wine tasting, restaurants, etc), will be deducted from any amount to be refunded. This will be approximately 25%-30% of the total tour cost.

SERVICE FEE: Finally, a service fee of 18% (of the total amount agreed for the booked tour) will also be deducted from any refundable amount, including the 90-day full refund case. This corresponds to the time spent on the client’s booking. Additionally, expect that our refunded amount will be subject to processing/transation fees charged by the online payments company thus you will receive a smaller than our refund amount.
